The MS in Psychology degree with a specialization in Organizational Psychology and Development equips students in both scholarship and practice in the approach to organizational change and the optimal utilization of people as change agents across contemporary organizational structures. Particular expertise can be developed in a variety of areas, including: The evolution of the organization ? including the dynamics of international and virtual organizations; Talent management and development; Leadership and motivation through a consultative approach; Cross-cultural communication and collaboration and Organizational adaptability to positive social change within a global environment. Students have the opportunity to customize their learning experience through outcomes focused on either practical application or continued research with a choice of a culminating thesis or field experience. With this approach, students can elect to develop functional skills around solving international, multi-cultural, and distance-related challenges.
