In Vermont College of UI&U?s Undergraduate Program, learners gain general knowledge which deepens their sensitivities to the human condition. Through studies in the humanities, fine arts, social sciences, math, and natural science, combined with individual concentration on elements of spirituality, students examine their own spiritual path in the historical context of such perspectives as philosophy, sociology, aesthetics and autobiography. With the guidance of faculty who are academically and personally involved in the study of spirituality, you design projects that explore the work and thinking of great mystical teachers, philosophers, poets, artists and psychologists. You are encouraged to examine your own spiritual path in order to gain a deeper appreciation of the many elements that define such journeys.
