The purpose of the M.B.A. with a Quality Management emphasis is to provide the learner with the skills and knowledge needed to advance quality in their organizations, whether in service or manufacturing settings. Learners explore relevant theories and quality improvement processes, in conjunction with application to real world environments and problems. The program stresses continuous improvement, definition and measurement of outcomes, and techniques to achieve increased quality of organizational activities.
