The University of Cincinnati College of Nursing makes it possible for you to earn your Master of Science in Nursing ? Nurse Midwifery online. This distance education program is accredited by the American College of Nurse-Midwives (ACNM), Division of Accreditation*. It is designed to help prospective nurse midwives enter this rapidly growing field. Courses are designed and delivered by highly qualified and nationally respected faculty. A faculty facilitator moderates weekly online sessions for students to enhance collegial learning, dialogue and support. In addition, program faculty and staff assist you in identifying clinical preceptors in your community. Clinical rotations are customized to provide you with a variety of experiences with a preceptor in your local community. Graduates are eligible for the American College of Nurse-Midwives Certification Council, Inc. (AMCB) certification exam.
