Receive the prestigious University of Cincinnati Master of Education in Educational Leadership degree in as little as 2 years. The Educational Leadership program provides graduate study, research, field experience and career development for all persons who aspire to, or presently hold, educational administrator positions. Each student's program is individually developed to address leadership competencies, professional goals and the theory and practice of administration. This program is accredited by the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE), and meets the standards for the preparation of administrators approved by the Interstate School Leaders Licensure Consortium (ISLLC).
