The goal of the Graduate Certificate in Quality Assurance is to provide administrators and practitioners holding a bachelor's degree the opportunity to learn the tools and techniques used to achieve and ensure quality health care delivery. The focus will be on presenting the analytical tools and techniques that will allow the health care administrator and professional to analyze, assess, and improve health outcomes, consumer satisfaction, accountability and the processes within the organization that ensure ongoing quality improvement. The certificate consists of a series of four graduate-level credit courses designed to provide graduates with current industry practices and leadership techniques in analyzing, developing, and directing quality systems in the workplace.
