The Chicago School of Professional Psychology's Master of Arts in Industrial & Organizational (I/O) Psychology - Leadership for Healthcare Professionals is designed for experienced healthcare professionals. Current professionals will build the necessary skills to become successful in a leadership role in the healthcare field and to make business decisions that positively affect the quality of patient care. This program teaches participants to deal with the legal framework of the healthcare industry, its systems of care, and the implications of social, cultural, and behavioral aspects of health-related issues.
