The five-course certificate in Organizational Leadership prepares students for leadership roles in a global economy and evolving workforce. Studying topics such as organizational communication, conflict resolution, change management, and the global economy, students receive foundational information and skills to prepare for careers in consulting, administration, information management, project management, training, and employee development. All certificate courses can be applied to the bachelor's degree. Required courses include: Introduction to Organizational Communication; Organizational Communication II: Case Study Analysis; Foundations of Organizational Leadership; Organizational Change; and Diversity.
