The Graduate Certificate in Training and Development is an excellent credential for individuals seeking to augment a present career position or enter the training and development field. This program is designed for professionals in the training and development field who would like to receive formal education in the subject as well as those who have an interest in the training and development field, but are not yet working in it. The graduate certificate may be taken to enhance a Master's degree or as a preliminary step toward attaining one. Required Courses (15 semester hours): Introduction to Training & Development; Learning Technologies Instructional Systems Design OR Instructional Methods and Delivery. In addition, two electives in the Training & Development curriculum.
