The Fast Track Bachelor of Professional Studies major in Organizational Leadership prepares students for leadership roles in a global economy and evolving workforce while saving time and money. Studying topics such as organizational communication, conflict resolution, change management, and diversity, students are prepared for careers in consulting, administration, information management, project management, training, and employee development. A five course certificate in Organizational Leadership is also available and can be applied to the bachelor's degree. The Fast Track program is designed for adults 24 and over. It is time-shortened, requiring fewer total courses. The online format allows maximum flexibility within a structured learning community.
