Leadership is the capacity to create a vision and inspire others to share in making it a reality. Mountain State University?s Master of Science in Strategic Leadership (M.S.S.L.) will provide you with skills to develop a vision of success, to make tough decisions, and to lead others to meet shared goals. The skills you learn can be applied immediately to effect positive change in your organization. Our MSSL program will teach you to inspire strategic thinking that will give your organization a competitive edge and make tough decisions with confidence based on sound judgment skills. You will also learn to build dependable teams with high integrity and a common, defined focus; acquire people-management skills to motivate, inspire, and earn respect; and apply your new expertise immediately within your current work environment and realize the rewards of your efforts.
