Liberty University?s Master of Science in Management program prepares students to excel as business professionals in a variety of management positions, enhancing opportunities for promotion and associated salary increases. Through this program, students will have the opportunity to significantly upgrade their current management skills, stretching their knowledge to such areas as entrepreneurship, legal issues in business, and non-profit management. Students will be challenged to improve their critical thinking skills through complex, real-world assignments that require the utilization of graduate-level analysis and synthesis, and will improve project development abilities through participation in group projects, working through and completing complex management challenges as a team. Students will also develop written competency in advancing one?s own proposals and evaluating the proposals of others. Our experienced faculty believes that maintaining high ethical standards breeds great business, so all courses emphasize the importance of applying ethics to management practices.
