Ellis College enables you to earn a B.S. Accounting degree online by preparing you for all of the exciting and rewarding careers in this highly desirable field. The professional accounting major within a B.S. Accounting degree online program prepares you for careers in (or advancement within) the professional accounting, external auditing, taxation, consulting, and related professions. Because of the diverse knowledge required to be successful in this field, ten courses in the major are required. Courses available while undertaking your Accounting degree online include Accounting Information Systems, Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, Not for Profit Accounting, Federal Taxation II, Federal Taxation, Principles of Investment and Security Analysis, Business Law II, Advanced Accounting, and Auditing. 120 credit hours are required to complete this degree program.
