The Systems and Processing HR Online Certificate program is made up of 6 two-week courses, offered by eCornell. Participants will learn how to manage labor relations globally and effectively; discuss ways their organization can maintain staff and evaluate their staffing processes; help identify and implement effective employee relations strategies and practices; make decisions related to retirement welfare and flexible benefits; outline the process of designing and implementing a performance management system; describe objective setting, performance planning, documentation feedback, appraisal delivery, and employee development as parts of the performance management process; and develop effective strategies for leadership, motivation, and confrontation that are appropriate for the organization and its goals. This certificate series is designed for Human Resource professionals charged with making Human Resources a strategic partner in their organization. Upon completion, participants will be eligible to receive 3.6 CEUs. Systems and Processes in HR can be completed entirely online in only 3 months.
