The Master's in Foodservice Management Online Certificate program includes 8 four-week courses, offered through eCornell. It is recommended for foodservice professionals who want to extend their knowledge beyond the foodservice certificate to pursue the marketing, business, and people management aspects of foodservice organizations. Participants will also assess the effectiveness of several foodservice systems, use a service blueprint to improve the service delivery process and increase profits, and examine such variables as client flow, menu planning, dining time, optimal table mix, meal duration, and variable pricing. Upon successfully completing the series, you will receive a Master Certificate in Foodservice Management from Cornell University?s School of Hotel Administration. This certificate can be completed entirely online in only 8 months.
