For students who wish to specialize in human resource management without completing the entire MHRM degree program, a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management option is available. Those who have been admitted must inform the center director of their intent to pursue the certificate and are eligible to receive a graduate certificate in human resource management upon: successfully completing: Leadership and Organizational Behavior, Managing Organizational Change, Human Resource Management, Training and Development, Employment Law, Strategic Staffing; successfully completing two of the following: Human Resources and Technology, Managing Global Diversity, Labor Relations, Negotiation Skills, Compensation, Benefits; achieving a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.00 in the courses indicated above; and resolving all financial obligations to the School.
