The 120-credit Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership degree program offered by Daniel Webster College prepares students to be successful in a constantly changing and challenging business environment by achieving competence in the four essential functions of business leaders (finance, marketing, operations, and leadership). As a part of this process, students develop the leadership and management skills necessary to get results when working with and through others. Leadership skills acquired include the ability to establish direction within an organization, align people and teams to affect vision and strategies, and motivate and inspire people to affect desired change. Management skills would include planning and budgeting, organizational oversight and problem solving. The degree is especially relevant for any student preparing for a business career.
