Champlain College's Integrated MBA is an exceptional opportunity if you are an aspiring professional who wants an MBA to have a direct and immediate impact on your career. This is an intensely practical program?delivered entirely online?that links what you?re doing in class with the issues and problems you?re encountering at work. It is this integration of our curriculum with your career that forms the core of the Champlain Master of Business Administration. Other MBA programs treat courses as independent parts to be checked off on the way to the degree. The 36-credit Champlain MBA considers them integrated components of the educational process. The curriculum is based on six Areas of Practice that are threaded throughout the courses: Global, Organizational and Personal Values-Driven Leadership; Human Resources & Organizational Relationships; Measurement & Process Improvement; Innovation Through Information; Financial & Economic Resources; Customers, Markets, Sales and Marketing. This workplace focus results in a skill set that?s applicable to any business setting, from accounting and marketing to health care and nonprofits.
