Now is the time to validate your application development skills with the Microsoft Certified Application Developer (MCAD) for Microsoft .NET credential. The MCAD certification provides industry recognition for professional developers who build powerful applications using Microsoft Visual Studio .NET and Web services on the Microsoft .NET Framework 1.0 and Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1. We offer two different programs under the MCAD umbrella, one for Web developers (Web based applications) and one for Windows developers (Windows based applications). The MCAD ? Web and MCAD ? Windows candidates are required to pass two core exams and one elective exam. If prospective students are not currently building .NET applications, they they should start with fundamental Microsoft Visual Studio .NET development skills first. This module is available, however it adds to the duration and price of the course.
