Federal Communications Commission General Radiotelephone Operator License (FCC GROL), which includes Elements 1 and 3, this program also includes Element 8, which covers Ship Radar Techniques to include specialized theory and practice applicable to the proper installation, servicing, and maintenance of ship radar equipment in general use for marine navigation purposes. Topics include: RADAR fundamentals, RADAR systems, maintenance and servicing of RADAR equipment, and much more. Upon successful completion of this course, you should possess the necessary knowledge needed to successfully pass the FCC elements 1, 3 and 8 exams.
