The Federal Communications Commission General Radiotelephone Operator License Certificate program covers Elements 1 and 3. Element 1 covers Basic Radio Law and Operating Practice. Topics include radio law, general radio operations, and emergency equipment. Element 3 covers operating procedures, basic electronics, circuit components, and signals and emissions. Upon successful completion of this course, you should possess the necessary knowledge needed to successfully pass the FCC elements 1 and 3 exams.
