The MBA with Leadership Studies Concentration program offered by Baker College Online has been designed for individuals who aspire upper level administrative and management positions. In addition to the core M.B.A. courses, students are exposed to specific leadership issues and theories designed at developing leaders with vision and problem-solving skills who can effectively lead an organization in today's global environment. Some of this online programs core courses include: Human Behavior Management of Organizations, Dynamics of Leadership, Profiles in Leadership, and Team Leadership/Group Dynamics.
