The Bachelor of Business Administration - Human Resource Management /Accelerated Program examines how human resources can be directly linked to business strategy and provides a uniquely broad and unified exposure to the latest thinking and practice regarding human resource approaches that enhance competitive advantage. Each Major Core course contains focused study in the content area accompanied by independent research. Some of the core courses include: Ethics in Human Resource Management, Strategic Human Resource Management, Negotiating Labor/Management Relations, Organizational Psychology, and Cultural Diversity.
