Do you have a passion to teach? Earn your Bachelor of Arts in Social Science (BASS) with a concentration in Education, and be on your way toward becoming a teacher. Take advantage of the partnership between Ashford University and Rio Salado College that allows you, upon graduation from Ashford, to complete the online Teacher Certification program at Rio Salado College. Your BASS coursework will help you build a strong foundation and skill development in communication, group behavior and decision-making, while your Education concentration will give you a two- to four-class head start on your coursework for Rio Salado College. With this partnership, you can earn your BA and Teacher Certification in as little as 2 ½ years.
