It is a career-focused curriculum featuring an emphasis on the importance of institutional administration of educational programs. The program is designed for dedicated professionals wishing to broaden their range of professional opportunities by acquiring strategic leadership skills necessary for pursuing positions responsible for education services and workplace learning and performance. Students who successfully complete the M.Ed. with a concentration in Leadership of Educational Organizations degree program will have acquired industry-current knowledge that focuses on preparing them to pursue such career opportunities as: Assistant Principal (certification requirements vary by state and school district), Dean, Instructional Manager, Education Administrator and many others.
